When will the credit union be closed?
All operations will close Wednesday, Oct. 1, and reopen Thursday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m.
Will I have account access during the closure?
No. Please plan ahead for any transactions before Sept. 30.
Are accounts safe and secure?
Yes. Your information and funds are fully protected with enhanced data safeguards. Funds remain insured by NCUA up to $250,000.
Will account numbers change?
No. Account numbers remain the same, but suffixes will change.
Will direct deposits or payroll be affected?
No. These will process as usual. Payroll splits to credit cards will convert to auto transfers.
Will I need new checks or cards?
No. Your existing checks and debit/credit cards remain valid. Cards will work through the transition.
Please keep in mind that following the close of business on Sept. 30, debit cards will move to offline processing until the new system is live. During this time, new transactions will be delayed in posting to your account. Large purchases should be avoided as much as possible while in offline processing to avoid overdrafts.
