On June 25th and 26th, the Louisiana Credit Union League held its ULend Academy. Two of our loan officers, <\/span>Christy Castille and Jessica Mackay, attended the two-day event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ULend Academy is designed to help lenders gain a more consultative approach to lending, rather than the traditional transactional approach.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Going into it, Castille hoped to learn, \u201cMember communication in the loan application process, asking the right questions, and a better understanding of how credit utilization works and how it affects your credit score.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
