He remained there for 12 years where he developed a philosophy of exceptional client service and discipline in long term investment strategies. In 2015 he joined LPL Financial where he specializes in developing custom advisory portfolios and risk management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lance graduated from McNeese State University where he played football for the McNeese Cowboys. He has applied the lessons of playing college sports to his career goal of growing and protecting his clients\u2019 wealth. Lance and his wife Lori have 3 children, Brody, Maryn, and Macey.
